Fitness-focused destination to open in Miami in 2030

Kerzner International’s Siro brand, first launched in Dubai, is expanding to the US with Siro Brickell in Miami, opening in 2030.
Since its debut with Siro One Za’abeel in Dubai, the fitness-focused concept has rapidly gained momentum, opening Siro Boka Place in Montenegro and securing projects in Saudi capital Riyadh, plus Los Cabos and Tokyo.
With Siro Brickell Miami, the focus turns to the US city’s vibrant downtown, where guests and residents will be surrounded by restaurants, rooftop lounges, art galleries and boutiques, just steps from Biscayne Bay and a short drive from the airport.
Siro Brickell will offer 180 rooms and suites, along with 350 Siro Homes, all set up to deliver the brand’s signature blend of energy and wellbeing.
