Redesign aligns with carrier’s long-term development
Saudi Arabia’s budget carrier Flyadeal has unveiled a new cabin crew uniform for its team of more than 700 employees, as part of its wider brand development.
The redesigned look debuted during Saudi’s Eid Al Fitr holiday across the airline’s operational bases in Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam and Madinah.
Developed by Flyadeal in collaboration with local manufacturer Al-Harithy Tailoring, with input from crew members, the uniforms focus on practicality, comfort and consistency. The design reflects cultural considerations, offering modest styling options and allowing for personalisation within brand guidelines.
Female uniforms feature the brand’s signature shade of purple with a choice of three-quarter or full-length sleeved blouses. Male uniforms include purple accents in the vest linings, pocket seams and jacket detailing, with short- and long-sleeved shirt options available.

Accessories, including scarves, ties and hijabs, incorporate elements of the airline’s branding while also distinguishing seniority among crew.
Steven Greenway, Chief Executive Officer of Flyadeal, said: “Our new cabin crew uniform is a natural evolution of Flyadeal’s identity as a modern, inclusive and proud Saudi airline.
The rollout comes as Flyadeal continues its rapid expansion. The airline now operates a fleet of 45 aircraft and serves more than 40 destinations across the Middle East, Europe, North Africa and South Asia.
In line with the country’s Saudi Vision 2030 strategy, Flyadeal plans to expand its fleet and network to more than 100 aircraft and destinations by 2030. The airline recently launched three new routes from its Madinah base to Saudi cities Jazan, Qassim and Arar.
