Launching 17 March, nine-course experience starts from AED2,000

FZN by Björn Frantzén at Atlantis, The Palm is about to launch its first seasonal menu of 2026, offering a refreshed nine-course tasting experience combining monthly specials with signature creations. The three‑Michelin‑starred venue is one of two restaurants led by acclaimed Swedish chef Björn Frantzén at the hotel.
With the restaurant reopening 17 March 2026, the experience will be available Tuesday to Saturday, with seatings at 7pm, 7:15pm, 7:30pm, 7:45pm and 8pm for guests aged 13 and above. Prices for the tasting menu start at AED2,000 (US$545) with drinks options including a wine pairing at AED1,400 (US$380), a mixed pairing at AED1,100 (US$300) and non-alcoholic pairing at AED750 (US$205).
FZN specialises in contemporary European cuisine with Japanese influences, locally-grown produce and international in-season ingredients. A visit begins in its Scandinavian-inspired living room, where canapés are served, including the Frantzén rabbit and salted lemon, alongside new creations such as blini with wagyu aburi and unagi.

Guests are then given a guided tour of the venue before making their way to the dining room, where courses include toasted rice milk with mikan and green sansho, French toast with truffle, vacche rosse and balsamic vinegar and langoustine with Koshihikari rice.
Regional cuisine is incorporated throughout the menu, with Middle Eastern liquorice in soups, and medjool dates, saffron and lemons in main courses, while razor clams and scallops are complimented by cucumbers and edible flowers grown in the UAE.
For dessert, diners are served blueberries with lemon thyme, batak pepper and milky oolong, followed by Amaou strawberry and crown musk melon. Dinner concludes in the living room with a final serving of petit fours and black cardamom madeleines.
Guests seeking to extend their experience can enjoy post-dinner drinks on the terrace, choosing from more than 1,700 labels, while enjoying sweeping views of the city skyline.
FZN recently made its debut in the Middle East and North Africa 50 Best Restaurants list, earning a spot in the top 25, further strengthening its position as a leading destination dining spot in Dubai.
