Dedicated fitness zone and upcoming wellness programme among highlights
A new beach has opened in Abu Dhabi, adding to Yas Island’s popular waterfront. Operated by Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island, Yas Bay East Beach features a 290‑metre stretch of golden sand featuring a dedicated sports and fitness zone.
Visitors can currently partake in snorkelling, volleyball, badminton and table tennis, while a new wellness programme featuring yoga, breathwork, Beach Bootcamps, HIIT and mobility sessions will launch in June 2026.
The beach is open daily from 7am until sunset, with entry priced at AED100 on weekdays and AED150 on weekends. Children aged 6 to 12 receive 50% off, while kids under six go free. Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island guests can take advantage of complimentary access as part of their stay.

The opening marks a key moment in Miral’s mission to expand Yas Island’s leisure and lifestyle experiences.
