Nobu by the Beach launches new business lunch

Atlantis The Royal’s Nobu by the Beach has introduced a new weekday business lunch, offering guests a curated dining experience in a relaxed beachfront setting.

 

The Nobu Lunch Edit is available Monday to Friday from 12pm to 5pm, priced at AED175 (US$45) per person. 

 

The restaurant combines minimalistic Japanese-inspired interiors with seaside views and live music.

 

The lunch begins with edamame, followed by a choice of two dishes from Nobu’s signature cold selection, including crispy rice with avocado; salmon tataki with sudachi; seabass ceviche or crispy shiitake salad.

Mains include chef-selected sushi and cut rolls, chicken sando, Wagyu beef sliders, salmon yakimono, chicken kushiyaki and roasted cauliflower. Enhanced offerings, such as black cod butter lettuce or beef tenderloin oregano, are available at an additional charge.

 

The meal concludes with a choice of mango passion fruit, chocolate cacao nibs ice cream bars or Nobu vanilla gelato.

 

In addition to the new lunch offering, Atlantis Dubai has unveiled a limited-time ‘daycation’ package at Awaken Spa at Atlantis, The Palm. Running until 31 May 2026, the promotion provides access to the 2,400-square-metre spa’s facilities including its sauna, vitality pool, fitness centre and relaxation lounge and a choice of a 60-minute massage or facial, plus kids’ club access for guests with children, priced at just AED500 (US$135) per person.
