Integration opens access to nine new brands for 120,000 travel agents
UAE-based Emerging Travel Group (ETG), the company behind B2B booking platform RateHawk, has added more than 400 Meliá Hotels International properties to its portfolio following a new integration agreement.
The partnership expands ETG’s network by nine Meliá brands, including Gran Meliá Hotels & Resorts, ME by Meliá, The Meliá Collection, Paradisus by Meliá, Meliá Hotels & Resorts, ZEL, INNSiDE by Meliá, Sol by Meliá, and Affiliated by Meliá. The hotels span 40 countries, including the UAE, Spain, Italy, France, Thailand, Vietnam and the Dominican Republic.
The direct connection to Meliá’s API gives ETG’s network of nearly 120,000 travel professionals in 190 markets access to live rates and availability, improved booking flows and flexible payment options.

Natalia Paszkowska, Senior Account Manager and Global Account Lead for ETG at Meliá Hotels International, added that the partnership will “enable us to offer thousands of travel professionals faster and more competitive access to our brands, reinforcing our presence in key markets”.
ETG now offers access to more than 3.2 million accommodation options through direct connections and 350 suppliers. In 2025, the group reported a gross transaction value of US$4.8 billion, up 30% year on year, with more than 40,000 bookings made daily across its platforms.
Marking its 10th anniversary in 2026, RateHawk delivered record trading metrics in 2025, with net booking value climbing 40% year-on-year on the back of sustained demand for hotel, flight and transfer services. In the GCC specifically, RateHawk increased the number of connected travel agents by 12% to more than 9,000 professionals, while the platform’s net booking value in the region surged 66% year-on-year, reflecting growing adoption among Middle Eastern partners.
