B2B travel platform records sharp rise in global volume and value
RateHawk, the flagship B2B booking platform of UAE-based Emerging Travel Group (ETG), achieved strong growth in 2025, expanding its global partner network by 37% to surpass 110,000 travel professionals. The performance contributed to ETG’s solid full-year results, with gross transaction value rising 30% to US$4.8 billion.
Marking its 10th anniversary, the platform also delivered record trading metrics, with net booking value climbing 40% year-on-year on the back of sustained demand for hotel, flight and transfer services. Transport remained a key growth pillar, as bookings for air and transfer products increased 33%, underscoring RateHawk’s role as a multi-product solution for the trade.
RateHawk’s API offering, which connects large OTAs, travel tech platforms and agency chains to an inventory of 3.2 million accommodation options, also registered strong momentum. Gross bookings through the API rose 40%, while the network of integrated partners expanded by 33% to exceed 1,400 companies, including MakeMyTrip, LCC Deutschland and GlobalStar, added in 2025.
In the GCC, RateHawk further consolidated its position with the trade, increasing the number of connected travel agents by 12% to more than 9,000 professionals. The platform’s net booking value in the region surged 66% year-on-year, reflecting growing adoption among Middle Eastern partners and strengthening the company’s regional footprint.

UAE’s Emerging Travel appoints new MD for RateHawk
“Over the past decade, RateHawk has scaled rapidly,” said Felix Shpilman, President and CEO of Emerging Travel Group. “Thanks to our innovative and partner-centric approach, we’ve built strong market fit in Europe and the Middle East, and we continue to expand our presence across Asia, Latin America and North America with both our booking and API solutions.”
At group level, ETG continued to invest in supply consolidation to support RateHawk’s expansion. The company integrated more than 50 new suppliers during the year, bringing its network to 350 accommodation providers and increasing total inventory by 23%. Direct partnerships doubled year-on-year to 250,000 properties, primarily across the US, Europe and the Middle East, broadening choice and depth for partners.
ETG also enhanced its connectivity stack by integrating with additional platforms and channel managers, including DerbySoft Exchange, Simple Booking and InnGenius. The strategy combines wholesalers, suppliers and DMCs with direct links to hotel chains and independent properties, designed to balance coverage in remote destinations with competitive pricing in high-demand locations.
To support scale and service levels, the group stepped up deployment of AI and automation across operations. In customer support, ETG rolled out AI-driven tools to classify and prioritise incoming requests, trigger appropriate actions and handle routine tasks, allowing human agents to focus on complex cases and improving resolution times.
