Ras Al Khaimah’s Jebel Jais has introduced a series of complimentary experiences for families and children, joining destinations across the UAE in launching curated resident programmes for the spring break and Eid holidays, taking place from 17 to 22 March.
Set against the dramatic backdrop of the Hajar Mountains, 1484 by Puro, the UAE’s highest restaurant, is offering complimentary meals for children under 16, with advance reservations required.
Jais Flight, the world’s longest zipline, is also providing free access to children under 16. The experience runs from Wednesday to Sunday, as well as on all public holidays, and reservations are required. Guests must be accompanied by an adult and meet the minimum weight requirement of 40kg.

Beyond these initiatives, residents can explore additional attractions across the mountain. Visitors can enjoy an open-fire grill at Red Rock restaurant or embark on the guided, six-course Jais Sky Tour zipline experience. Meanwhile, the Bear Grylls Explorers Camp offers a range of outdoor activities, including rope courses, rock climbing, archery and hiking.
Amid the ongoing regional conflict, many Dubai landmarks are running similar promotions, with sites such as Atlantis Aquaventure, Dubai Miracle Garden and Aura Skypool offering limited-time complimentary access for residents.
Given flight cancellations throughout the region, staycations are proving popular this Eid Al Fitr, with Atlantis Dubai offering special discounted stays across both resorts, available until 31 May.
