Baa Atoll’s Unesco-listed resort reopens with 105 renovated villas
NH Collection Maldives Reethi reopened in February 2026 with a new look, featuring renovated villas, dining venues and facilities. Set within the Unesco-protected Baa Atoll, the property boasts 105 beachfront and overwater villas, including the Reethi suite complete with a private garden. A range of water activities are available, while the house reef and nearby Hanifaru Bay offer sightings of manta rays and whale sharks. Resort facilities include the signature Revive Spa, an oceanfront pool, an expanded kids’ club and renovated recreation spaces. For dining, guests can choose from eight restaurants and bars, including Alifaan for seaside grills or the splash bar for drinks by the pool. The property is accessible via a 35-minute seaplane from Malé.
