Dubai Creek development includes Ritz-Carlton boutique hotel, wellness centre and waterfront residences
Currently under development in Dubai, Keturah Resort is set to underscore the UAE’s status as a wellness destination.
The project, located near Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary on Dubai Creek, will include a wellness centre and a boutique hotel by Ritz-Carlton alongside luxury residences.
Backed by property developer MAG Group, Keturah’s gated community will feature 12 waterfront mansions and 193 apartments across eight residential buildings with wellbeing a key pillar of the design.
Talal M Al Gaddah, CEO and founder of Keturah, said: “Dubai recognises that there has been a clear shift in how luxury real estate is defined and valued, with buyers now asking whether a home will improve their health, enhance sleep, lift mood, support family wellbeing and strengthen their connection to nature.”

The residences will also be operated under The Ritz-Carlton brand, part of Marriott International, reflecting continued growth in the branded residential segment.
According to Savills, branded residences globally command an average price premium of around 30% compared to non-branded properties, with data showing premiums in Dubai can exceed 60%, showcasing strong demand for operator-backed residences.
The launch also aligns with the rapid expansion of the UAE’s wellness economy. Data from the Global Wellness Institute shows the sector is valued at US$34.1 billion, having grown 58% between 2019 and 2023.
