Bookings for Evok Collection property to open in July 2026 for 2027 launch
Evok Collection is expanding its Italian portfolio with the upcoming launch of Brach Roma in Q1 2027. The opening will bring the hotelier’s boutique lifestyle concept to Rome and mark its third European property.
The project is led by Zaka Investments under Pierre Bastid, in partnership with Famille C Participations. Award-winning French industrial architect and designer Philippe Starck, the artistic director behind Brach’s previous properties, will return to oversee Brach Roma, shaping both interiors and public spaces in line with the brand’s signature style.
Reservations for Brach Roma will open in July 2026, allowing travellers and agents to secure bookings ahead of the launch.

Housed in a former school, steps from Piazza del Popolo and River Tiber, the 5,000-square-metre property will be transformed into a five-star hotel with just 60 rooms. The hotel will include a Brach Restaurant with a patio and Italian bar, as well as a sports and wellness club with a 25-metre pool. Guests will also have access to a rooftop and concierge services.
Romain Yzerman, Managing Director of Evok Collection, said: “Brach is a brand defined by its energy: rooted, highly curated addresses that build lasting desirability and genuine recognition, far beyond the moment they open.”
Elsewhere in Europe, Evok Collection operates Brach hotels in Paris and Madrid. The brand debuted in 2018 with Brach Paris, a 59-room hotel in the French capital’s 16th arrondissement. Brach Madrid opened in January 2025, featuring a 1920s-inspired design and the city’s only hyperbaric chamber based in a hotel.
