Rotana Ras Al Khaimah – The Mangroves is preparing to open in Ras Al Khaimah, adding a new waterfront resort to the emirate’s growing hospitality pipeline.

The resort will feature 258 rooms and suites alongside dining, leisure and events facilities including one of Ras Al Khaimah’s largest ballrooms, 10 meeting rooms, waterfront event spaces and an alfresco venue for outdoor functions, with several spaces overlooking the mangroves.
The property is also targeting weddings and social events, with venues ranging from the ballroom to waterfront outdoor settings, complemented by a dedicated bridal suite.
Dining venues will include Mediterranean restaurant Terra and Pan-Asian concept Yoru Kitchen & Bar, as well as leisure facilities including a wellness club, pools, gym, spa, water sports and children’s play areas.

Chadi Nicolas, General Manager of Rotana Ras Al Khaimah – The Mangroves, said: “Ras Al Khaimah is an emirate of remarkable natural beauty, and our location among the mangroves is no coincidence. It is a reflection of our commitment to creating an experience that is deeply rooted in the soul of this land.”
He added: “We are creating a landmark that will become integral to the most significant corporate, social and cultural events in Ras Al Khaimah, one that draws inspiration from its breathtaking surroundings and the emirate’s rich ambition for the future.”
Elsewhere in the emirates, Rotana is set to expand in Abu Dhabi’s Saadiyat Island with the upcoming launch of Bloom Arjaan by Rotana. The 217-key property will feature an infinity pool and all-day dining at Distrikt Social.
The opening comes as Ras Al Khaimah continues expanding its tourism and events offering, recording a 93% increase in domestic visitors in April 2026 compared to the same month last year. Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority is also introducing new experiences, including astronaut training and commercial spaceflight activities, scheduled to launch in the second half of 2026.
