Ghaith Al Ghaith, Chief Executive Officer at Flydubai, said the airline is expanding routes and increasing frequencies to meet rising travel demand, with Flydubai’s network expected to exceed 100 destinations by summer 2026.
Sreedharan added: “We are well-positioned to meet increased demand ahead of the Eid travel period, traditionally one of the busiest times of the year, with positive momentum expected to carry through the summer and into the second half of the year.”
Flydubai is also preparing to launch seasonal summer routes from 22 May 2026, including to destinations such as Bodrum in Turkey, Dubrovnik in Croatia, Tivat in Montenegro and Mykonos and Santorini in Greece.
